On the evening of November 14th, Yantai University Law School hosted a special lecture titled “Unity in Division: Property Relations Between Parents and Children”. The event featured Professor Wang Yang, a tenured associate professor and doctoral supervisor from Tsinghua University. Drawing from the perspective of family joint property, Professor Wang provided an in-depth analysis of how to determine the legal validity of parents’ disposal of property belonging to their minor children. The event was chaired by Professor Zhang Yudong from Law School, with young faculty members Qiu Guowei and Bai Yu serving as discussants.
